Using the site means accepting these terms

By opening, browsing, reading, downloading or otherwise using any part of this site, you accept these terms in full and without reservation. You accept them for yourself and for anyone who uses the site through your device or your connection.

If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is to stop using the site. There is no other.

What this site is, and what it is not

Everything published here is general information. It is not advice and must not be treated as advice, whether legal, financial, tax, medical, technical or of any other kind. Reading a page creates no relationship between you and us, and no duty of care.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you have paid us for access to the site. That amount is nil.

How you may use the site

You may read the site and quote short extracts, provided the source is named and the quotation carries a working link to the page it came from.

Without our prior written permission you may not:

If a clause fails

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the publisher of this site is established. Any dispute relating to them, to the site or to its content falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country where the law gives it to you.
