Library Web Article Directory
This address belonged to the article directory of the web magazine published here between 2008 and 2010. It is kept, rather than redirected, because the links that still point at it name a section of the directory rather than the directory itself.
An address ending in #18 or #29 tells the server nothing: the part after the hash never leaves the browser. Sending every visitor to one replacement page would therefore lose the only thing those links say, which is which subject was meant. So the two sections that were linked to from outside are still sections on this page, at the same anchors, and each one leads to the article that covers the subject now.
What is not here is the directory's original contents. We know these two headings from the links themselves; the entries beneath them were not recovered, and writing plausible replacements would make this page a reconstruction rather than a record. The Library Web Archive section explains how the earlier project is treated and what is known about it.
